Company Overview
We have experienced sustained growth in recent years and continue to adapt to meet changing market demands and the challenges that come with rapid expansion. Today, we employ over 120 staff across our headquarters in Pembroke Dock, our 100,000 sq ft distribution centre in Newport, our Warrington branch, and our offices in Mauritius and China.
We are committed to delivering high-quality products at competitive prices, backed by prompt delivery and excellent after-sales support. All warranty repairs are carried out in-house by our experienced technicians, and we maintain extensive stocks of spare parts for every machine we supply.
Looking ahead, 2025/26 is set to be one of our biggest years yet, with growth driven by strategic acquisitions, the expansion of our existing brands, the introduction of new brands, and entry into new markets. Our target is to achieve significant market share over the next three years and surpass £100 million in turnover.
Our growth strategy is centred on expanding our online presence through omnichannel product placement and distribution, ensuring our brands are visible and accessible wherever our customers choose to shop.
Genpower Ltd is a family-run business, founded in 2006 by Managing Director Roland Llewellin and his wife, Director Lisa Llewellin.
We are the exclusive distributor of Hyundai Power Products in the UK and Ireland and the global distributor for Hyundai Tools, supported by a dedicated team of over 120 colleagues. Our brand portfolio also includes P1 Power Equipment, Evopower, Gardentek and BE Pressure.
In 2022, we became the worldwide distributor for JCB portable power and petrol equipment. We also secured the UK distribution rights for JCB Tools — including corded, cordless, hand, and bench-top products — working alongside a trusted partner as a sub-licensee to expand this growing range.
From our headquarters in Pembroke Dock and our 100,000 sq ft distribution centre in Newport, we supply products through an approved dealer network and sell direct to consumers via our e-commerce channels and specialist online retailers.
Our ever-growing product range includes garden machinery, generators (petrol, diesel, and standby models up to 550kVA), pressure washers, air compressors, water pumps, power tools, light construction equipment, and workshop equipment.

Product Research & Development
We select our product offering on a deep understanding of our customer needs. Our in house product team use their expert knowledge in collaboration with our suppliers to create the best and affordable solutions for our customers.
Warehousing & Distribution
With more than 350 products lines & 22,000 replacement parts under the roof of 3 distribution centres we use a chosen network of carriers that deliver promptly and securely. We have invested into a Warehouse Management System with handheld walk around integration allowing for a paperless warehouse system that ensures accountability, efficiency and scalability.
Our Head Office location in Pembroke Dock is equipped with VNA and counterbalance and reach forklift trucks. We also have 16,000 pallet capacity at our Newport warehouse, which is a brand-new build with 10 dock level loading bays.
Sales & Aftercare
We provide expert product knowledge & aftercare to customers and trade professionals purchased through our retail & dealer network and ecommerce channels.
Our aftercare team delivers 360° customer support ranging from front-line general enquiries via our customer experience team, through to technical support, warranty parts supply, parts sales and workshop assistance.
