Warehouse & Distribution
With more than 350 products & 22,000 replacement parts under the roof of 3 distribution centres we use a chosen network of carriers that deliver promptly and securely.
Sales & Aftercare
We provide expert product knowledge & aftercare to customers and trade professionals purchased through our retail & dealer network and ecommerce channels.

The above growth has been achieved by continually growing, improving and innovating our product offering and focussing on omni-channel sales and multiple routes to market in both B2B and B2C. Our vision is to continue along this growth trajectory by increased brand awareness across multiple sales channels, continually expanding and improving the product range whilst continuing to provide exceptional customer service and aftersales support for an affordable yet reliable product.
Genpower is the exclusive distributor of Hyundai Power Products for the UK and Ireland supported by a team of over 130 colleagues. Our brand portfolio also includes P1 Power Equipment, Evopower, Gardentek and BE Pressure. In 2022, we became the worldwide distributor for JCB power tools and power equipment. This is our biggest opportunity for growth to date. We are launching new JCB Tools, Power tools and Power equipment thoughout 2024 and 2025 and our aim is to work at pace to increase the JCB Distributor numbers thoughout 2025.

Our Strategy
2025 will be our biggest year with significant growth forecast, driven by the growth in the JCB overseas sales and Hyundai Home Appliances sales in the UK.
The growth Genpower is experiencing is fuelled by the excellent value for money that the HYUNDAI and JCB products offer backed up by a dedicated UK based parts and aftersales team.
The new business-wide software system the we have installed and continually develop, allows us to process thousands of orders daily and has been a major step forward in the growth capabilities of the company.
